Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If there is a delay due to high order volume or stock availability, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (within Greece):

Standard Delivery ( 5-10 business days within Athens, 7-15 business days for the rest of Greece)

BoxNow Locker Delivery

Delivery Time: 2-4 business days after dispatch

How It Works: Your parcel will be delivered to the BoxNow locker of your choice.
You will receive an SMS and/or email with a pickup code once your order is ready for collection. -
Pickup Deadline: Parcels remain in the locker for 48 hours.
International Shipping (European Countries Only)
We currently offer international shipping to European countries via ELTA Hellenic Post.

Delivery Time: 10-18 business days, depending on destination country

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Customs and Duties: Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or other charges that may apply in their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the courier. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at mothiiadesigns@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns and Exchanges
Items can only be returned if they arrive damaged or if an incorrect item was sent by mistake.
Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order at mothiiadesigns@gmail.com to arrange a return or replacement.
